The Pandemic Action and Awareness Network will be an organization transforming the way society responds to widespread catastrophe. Pandemic plans will be uploaded at varying levels from families and neighborhoods to governments and big businesses. Plans will be accessed, reviewed, and rated by people both in and out of the posting organization. The website will launch in 2009-10.
